Our heat exchanger tubes work well in a variety of environments and in process industries, resulting in lower life-cycle costs .Pipes are made from more than 20 steel grades of various corrosion resistance and are intended for application in conditions of a wide range of corrosion environments and temperatures in heat exchanger also called as Shell and Tube, heat exchangers can transfer heat from one to another fluid , one medium to another medium. Fluid passes through a set of tubes while another fluid passes through the shell that encloses tubes. Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers are used in applications in processes involving high temperature and pressure and, in cases where the fluid contains particles. Our heat exchanger tubes are used for the cooling, heating or re-heating of fluids, gases, and air in a wide range of industries such as Fabrication of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Oil refineries & Petrochemicals

There are two types of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers used in industrial applications

U-Tube Heat Exchangers: U- Tube heat exchanger comprises a set of U-shaped tubes fixed to a Tube Sheet and get supported by flow baffles or tube support and placed in a shell welded or bolted to the Tube Sheet. While one fluid is passed through the Shell on the exterior surfaces of the Tubes, the other fluid is guided into the tubes through Header assembly, which is fixed to the Tube Sheet either by welding or by bolting

We have“U” bending facility for manufacturing. These U-Tubes are made in accordance with requirements of ASTM A 688.We maintain the quality of our U-tubes and by thoroughly cleaning so that the surface is flawless and free from any foreign materials and smooth with superior quality

Straight Tube Heat Exchangers: The two ends of a set of straight tubes are fixed to two Tube Sheets, welded or bolted to the Shell. One fluid passes through the Tubes and the other through the Shell. Straight heat exchangers are used in applications with high temperature cross and one of the most common applications is the cooling of hydraulic fluid and oil in engines, transmissions and hydraulic power packs. With the right choice of materials they can also be used to cool or heat other mediums, such as swimming pool water or charge air
